How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become an EFT coach?

To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment, and a resulting “compelling story”, that brought me to where I am today – coaching people like you on exactly what to do to unblock yourself so that you can live a limitless life! I have been coaching clients since 2017 (the year I gave my life to Jesus Christ and began to truly heal from severe trauma). Some of the most intense trauma I have experienced include:

8 years of childhood rape and molestation by a serial pedophile, my stepfather
8 years of severe emotional and financial abuse by my stepfather
Escaping home at age 19 because my stepfather threatened to shoot me and murder me
Witnessing my mother's suicide attempt before my very eyes which led to her death a few days later
10 years of self-inflicted pain and suffering through my poor choices in boyfriend-girlfriend relationships in my 20's

It is no wonder I had many triggers, blocks, and limiting beliefs that needed to be healed.

In an effort to heal and thrive from all that I had gone through, in my 20's, I spent close to $100,000 on high-end coaches, multiple therapists, seminars all around the world to see some of the most famous self-help coaches, expensive programs and books, but nothing helped me to quickly calm down from triggers, except for ONE METHOD I learned from my most recent therapist.

This method is called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or "tapping" alongside with Christ-centered affirmations that I say out loud.

In the past, it would take me many days, months, or sometimes YEARS to calm down from a trigger and release limiting blocks. I suffered from catastrophic thinking, suicidal thoughts, attracted many unhealthy relationships, and constantly found myself sabotaging my success. But EFT neutralized my triggers and got rid of blocks within seconds! It worked at lightning speed compared to the numerous other methods I have tried.

Because EFT worked wonders on me, I started to use it on my clients, and they have noticed lightning speed breakthroughs as well! Through lots of trial and error, I have developed a unique way of tapping and phrasing affirmations in such a way that brings my clients the FASTEST BREAKTHROUGHS POSSIBLE!  If there is a healthy way to accelerate healing, I cannot help but to share it!

If you do not know what EFT is, it is a tapping method that originated from Chinese medicine, specifically acupressure. Tapping on a special sequence of 9 points on the body signals the amygdala (the "fight or flight" center in the brain) to CALM DOWN. EFT has been used to effectively heal war veterans from PTSD; so if EFT works on them and works on survivors of severe abuse like myself, then EFT can certainly work on people with typical "blocks" and limiting beliefs so they can get going with having powerful boundaries, keeping toxicity out and love in, and living their dreams!

I thank God for giving me a simple, yet out-of-this-world effective method to truly HEAL AND RECOVER from the trauma I have gone through and now get to focus on LIVING MY GOD-GIVEN DREAMS! Since becoming a walking example of miraculous healing, I have worked with many private clients, spoken in front of countless groups and churches. I am LIVING MY GOD-GIVEN DREAMS (as God's Ballerina and an EFT Coach), and I have created the Boundaries for Boundless Love™ 3-month coaching program, a series of 10 powerful and necessary steps every survivor of trauma needs to experience out-of-this-world love from God and self in record time!

But to answer your question, what makes me different than other coaches is probably my history of severe abuse. This is something I hear quite often from others. Many people are amazed that not only am I not a drug addict, a prostitute, or dead (which unfortunately, is a common outcome for people who have gone through such trials), but I am alive and well, joyfully living my dreams!

My clients tell me they trust me because they know I have gone through the FIRE, and because I am so open about my story with the world, they feel comfortable opening up to me without feeling fear of being judges. They often tell me I help them way more than their therapist ever did.

What exactly is The Boundaries for Boundless Love™ system and what does it include?

Boundaries for Boundless Love™ system begins with understanding that your true value comes from being a royal daughter of Our Most High King, Jesus Christ, understanding that God’s commandment to love others includes loving yourself too, setting powerful boundaries without shame or guilt to keep love in and toxicity out, and strengthening your receiving muscle so you can receive more and more love over time with joy and a feeling of safety.

Here’s what the System gets you to do:

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage our own emotions. When I first started to work with survivors of sexual abuse, I realized that giving them all the best information on boundaries, self-worth, vision-casting, "relaxing back" in romantic relationship was NOT ENOUGH. Although they had priceless information to help them get the results they desired, they were stuck in their triggers, limiting beliefs, and blocks. That is why the MAIN EMPHASIS in this program is to train my clients to have emotional intelligence and emotional freedom. I teach them how to go from any level 10 trigger (the worst trigger) to a level 0 (no trigger) within MINUTES through a method called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) while saying Christ-centered statements I created for them. Only when we are in a non-triggered, sane mental state can we implement any other part in this program!

Refining Vision

I teach my clients how to find their Identity, Calling, and current Assignments from God. This is life-changing revelation that helps my clients have clear direction in life. Along with knowing their purpose, I also teach my clients how to get a progressively clearer vision of what they want in any area of their life. Lots of survivors of abuse know what they DON'T want, but instead of focusing on the negative, I teach my clients to put their energy towards creating a life they wish to live! We get clear on all areas in our life including Health, Wealth, Love, and Joy. Some people make only one vision board a year, but I personally make multiple drafts per year for different aspects of my life. I am constantly refining my vision as I upgrade, delete, and refine elements to my vision. Instead of becoming rigid in who we want to become, it is more important to listen to God and get His guidance on what direction He wants us to go in, and make a vision board to help capture His will on paper, so that we do not get distracted in this world full of distractions and temptations! "Write the vision and make it plain" (Habakkuk 2:2).

Powerful Boundaries

When you have a clear vision for you life that you are excited about, it is of utmost importance that you set and enforce powerful boundaries in your life to protect your God-given dreams. It is extremely important to keep negative, distracting energy out and to keep supportive, inspiring energy in. Otherwise, you will NEVER EVER have the energy to realize your God-given dreams. I teach my clients how to say "no" gracefully to anyone and anything that does not align with their God-given dreams and to selectively and mindfully say "yes" to what does align. I teach my clients how to set boundaries without feeling ashamed, guilty, anxious, or fall into ruminating thinking. My clients learn to stop trying to fix and rescue people and instead put all their energies into living their God-given dreams now to the fullest!

Effective Communication

Most of the time when there is disharmony in our relationships, it is because of miscommunication or "violent" communication (e.g., judging, criticizing, demanding, blaming, minimizing communication). I teach my clients how to gracefully communicate with themselves and others. How we communicate with ourselves is foundational. Do you talk to yourself like you are your own best-friend or your own worst enemy? I teach my clients to talk to themselves with love, which naturally trains them to talk to others with more compassion and understanding with others. I teach my clients appropriate communication with different people in their lives (parents, spouse, in-laws, friends, family, bosses, co-workers, etc). When it comes to communicating with our romantic partner, effective communication is based on a whole special set of guidelines. I teach my clients how to communicate with their husbands in such a way to promote harmony and to lessen conflict.

Bible

I encourage my clients to read the Bible because in order to "believe in love again," we must know what Love is, and Love is God/Jesus Christ. We must know the CHARACTER of God. Our God is a loving God. He has plans to prosper us and to not harm us, but to give us hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29 :11). When our days are rooted in the word and we live sober lives, we can truly heal our relationship with God and truly experience His Perfect Love. Through Faith alone, we are saved by Jesus' blood. What mercy He has on our souls. Hallelujah! "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

Holistic Self-Care (which stems from Self-Love)

When I talk about self-care, I am talking about taking great care of your mind, your body, your emotions, and your spirit! Along with having a regular ballet/stretch routine, practicing the Mucusless Diet Healing System, juicing, detoxing, cleansing, skin care, etc, I also make sure to get coaching and therapy for myself to continue my personal self-care journey. Self-care includes making sure you are in the appropriate recovery groups for your addictions or co-addictions, if you have any. Self-care means going to Griefshare classes if you have lost a loved one. Self-care is all about taking responsibility for yourself and taking CARE of your feelings, needs, and requests. I teach my clients my self-care secrets in depth in this program!

Atomic Habits (Plan & Do!)

I teach my clients how to instill new habits in a permanent way based on the book Atomic Habits. Going through this program requires the client to go through massive changes and the secret to getting these changes to stick is to focus on who the client wants to BECOME, not what she wants to achieve. I teach my clients to not focus on goals (which can cause unnecessary stress and pressure), but instead, focus on creating her system instead, which leads to remarkable compound growth and progressive realization of who the client wants to BECOME.

Relaxing Back In Love

Many survivors of abuse have many struggles in their love life. If my client is in the dating phase, I teach her how to "relax back in love" so that she stops attracting feminine men (receivers), and instead, attract healthy masculine men (givers). I teach Celibate Rotational Dating, the most empowering form of dating for women in my opinion. If my client is already married, I teach her how to "relax back in love" so that she heals any damage she unintentionally created in her marriage by trying to change, fix, rescue, or "mother" her husband. "It is better to live in a desert land than with a quarrelsome and fretful woman." (Proverbs 21:19) I teach my clients how to let go of control of her husband, and instead, lean on God to feel loved and to feel secure. When a woman relaxes back, this often creates room for healthy intimacy to reignite in a marriage

 Inspiring Environment

Surprisingly, environment shapes our behavior more than anything. Here, we look at what is in my clients' environment. We remove what does not support her in creating her identity and we add to her environment what will help. For example, if a client wants to focus on eating healthier, she will remove unhealthy foods and snacks from her home that will not support her in forming new healthy habits and adds attractive healthy foods to her kitchen to make it easier for her to make effective food choices.

Celebrate!

It is so important to count our small wins and big wins every day! I teach my clients to have an "Attitude of Gratitude." When you develop this attitude, it will become natural to see the silver lining in everything, including in what looks like a "negative" or "bad" event. "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). That depends on how quickly you can make those inner shifts. Some clients are ready to go and experience boundless love in a very short time frame, sometimes even a few weeks while others have a bit more work to do first. It also depends on how spiritually fit you are currently, if you take radical responsibility (or if you give your power to others), and how fearless you do things you may have never done before (e.g., powerful boundary-setting and maintenance).
