You are triggered ALL THE TIME. Your life is full of drama, pain, and insanity. You give your power away to people and outside circumstances. External factors CONTROL how you feel at any given moment.
You start to implement boundaries for the first time in your life. Sometimes you are too aggressive and sometimes you are too passive in setting your boundaries, which is OKAY! What matters is that you have the courage to START standing up for yourself and you are starting to practice boundary-setting. You still get triggered, but you can get yourself to calm down with the tools you have.
You are realizing that boundaries are an "internal matter." Boundaries have nothing to do with other people; they have everything to do with you. You prioritize self-care (physically, mentally, financially, spiritually) and don't want to waste your energy getting triggered, so you gracefully "agree" with everyone and do your own thing anyways.
You are 100% focused on living your God-given dreams and high standards are normal for you (you don't even have to think about boundaries, they are A PART of you). You no longer try to fix, change, or control others - you give them to God. You understand when people act out, they are projecting what is inside of them. You don't take it personally, and you have compassion for others.
"Fluid" means that sometimes we will fluctuate between these 4 stages, but most of the time, we find ourselves in ONE of these stages most of the time. As we grow and up-level, the next stage will become our "new normal" stage that we stay at most of the time and so on.
